- Open the parent app → ⋮ menu → My account and data → Delete my account.
- You will be asked to confirm your identity, and deletion starts immediately.

Delete your Rushda account
You can delete your account and all of your children's data at any time, in one of two ways. App name: Rushda (rushda.app).

- Send an email from the address registered on your account to rushdakids@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account".
- We confirm by replying to that same address.
An account without email
If the account was never saved with an email: delete it inside the app (My account and data → Delete family data), or write to us with the family number shown on that screen and your child's name as it was typed in the app.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold
- Your account: email, name and password.
- Your children's names, learning progress and test results.
- Your voice messages and gift images — the files themselves, from our servers.
- All linked devices are unlinked.
What may be retained
Outside our control
- Billing records held by Google Play or Apple — retained by the store as required by law and outside our control.
- Technical server logs that do not identify you.
Timeline
30 days — grace period
Write to us, or tap "Cancel deletion" in the app during this window, and everything is restored.
After 30 days
All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
